ITB DUE DATE: 3:00 PM (Mountain Time) June 2, 2025
To all prospective Bidders under the Invitation to Bid documents described above, the following
changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this addendum:
Exhibit 1- Questions and Answers
Exhibit 2 – CTL Thompson Geotechnical Investigation Dated June 30, 2023
Exhibit 3 – Lithos Engineering Geotechnical Investigation Dated November 16, 2018

Exhibit 1 – Questions and Answers
1. Could you please confirm if CDOT Form 1413 Bidders list is required to completed and
submitted.
Response: Confirmed, please complete and submit this as stated in the Invitation to
Bid.
2. Due to the holiday during the bid period would the City be willing to extend the bid due
date?
Response: The City will extend the bid to June 2, 2025 @ 3:00 PM MST.
3. Due to work occurring within the 150’ right of way of the railroad as indicated in the
project plan set will the selected Contractor be required to hold rail road insurance
coverages?
Response: Yes. According to Union Pacific Policy all work within the ROW is required to
have Railroad Protective Liability Insurance.
4. Please provide Geotechnical Reports referenced on Sheet Number 69.
Response: See Exhibits 2 & 3 provided with this addendum.
