Can you please confirm the City is not expecting resumes to be included in this submittal? Resumes are not expected. 2. The RFP states: "Extended page sizes, such as 11” x 17”, count as a single page and may be used for detailed pricing." Can we use 11” x 17” pages for other content such as graphics, tables, etc.? If so, is there a limit to the number of 11”x17” pages that we can use? Yes, you can. 3. As part of the Phase 2 proposal, we will be diving deeper into baseline studies and other services that may be needed. Are we allowed to add a specialist to our team, either inhouse or as a subconsultant that wasn’t identified in the Phase 1 proposal? If so, do we need to note this in any particular way or provide any supplemental information? Yes. If changes are needed to your team, please reference the addition in your proposal and list out the full revised team. 4. Do we know if the FEMA effective or preliminary model are in 1D steady/unsteady or 2D? The revised Poudre River FEMA LOMR model will be a 1D Hec-Ras model. 5. Given there is not a final restoration design to bid from, can the City provide a number of construction observation days that should be used for cost assumption purposes? We do not know the full scope of the design at this time, so we do not have a construction duration estimate. Please provide the hourly rates for the team members performing construction oversight. 6. During the site visit the City mentioned that bathymetry date might be collected for the ponds this summer. Should we assume this data will be available for use or should we assume the need to collect bathymetry data as part of this contract? Assume this data will need to be collected. We are pursuing staff collecting this data this spring, but it is not confirmed. 7. Instructions for the submittal indicate that extended pages, such as 11x17, count as a single page and may be used for detailed pricing. Can extended pages also be used for maps/figure and to show the proposed schedule? Yes, you can. 8. Section D.5 for references want at least three similar projects with public agencies in the last five years. Our team presented these projects as part of the pre-qualification submittal (D.2). Would you like us to present these projects again as part of this submittal or can we reference the pre-qualification submittal? Please include them in again in the full submittal. 9. The tentative schedule for interviews is the week of March 17. This week is spring break for several of our team members. If our team were to make the interview process, would the City consider moving the interview to either the week before or after to accommodate our team members? The City team is in the same boat, so we will likely conduct the interviews the week before or the week after Spring Break.
