EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Who is the incumbent on this project?
UCHealth is currently utilized for pre-employment medical examinations for FCPS
candidates. Some eye examinations are performed with Eyecare Associates. Some
audiometric testing is performed at Audiology Group of Northern Colorado.
2. What is the expected volume of exams to be performed each year?
FCPS estimates 30-60 candidates per year will require pre-employment medical
examinations and approximately 8 employees for annual medical surveillance
testing.
