To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:

RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT
ENCLOSED WITH THE RFP STATING THAT THIS ADDENDUM HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Questions and Answers
1. Is the city intending to use a General Contractor with a license to pull permits for this
project?
a. The City of Fort Collins may act as General Contractor if all conditions of the RFP
are satisfied.
2. If so, which G.C.s so we can provide a number to them. We received the invite directly
from the city and have not been contacted by any G.C.s yet.
a. Please provide proposals for the scope of work directly to the City of Fort Collins.
3. If not, as a steel subcontractor we are unable to meet all of the scopes which include
traffic control, permits, commercial paint, inspections, etc. Do you still want a bid that
excludes those items?
a. The City of Fort Collins may provide traffic control, permits, inspections, and
painting. Please provide a proposal listing the excluded items.
4. Will there be a site visit / PreBid walkthrough?
a. There is no PreBid Meeting, the site is open to the public and may be visited
during normal business hours.
5. Is the Concrete work included in this RFP??
a. Any concrete work that is shown on the drawings is already contracted by the
City of Fort Collins.
