The City accepts your Bid for the products specified in Attachment 1, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, to be provided in accordance with your Bid Submittal. The term of this indefinite quantity contract shall be for one (1) year, from the date of the first Purchase Order with the option, at the City’s sole discretion, to renew annually for a period of up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. At time of renewal only, you will be contacted and asked to complete a new Bid Form with updated pricing and delivery lead times. At their sole discretion, the City may choose to renew for an additional one (1) year term based off the updated information or may issue a new Bid. All terms and conditions stated in the Bid apply. The product specifications and warranty for any purchase made hereunder shall be in accordance with the Bid documents. Deliveries less than 17 tons will be assessed an additional charge of $500/ load unless the delivery is the last load on the project. Site must be accessible to Rinker truck. Transportation costs plus a 50% handling charge will be deducted from any credit. For other sizes and classes please speak with a Rinker Materials representative. Standard cast iron stock will be limited to 24” x 4” and 24” x 8” rings, and 24" storm and sanitary knobby (non-logo) covers. Other job specific cast iron will be priced separately and drop shipped directly from a cast iron supplier to the jobsite. Those items will not be returnable to Rinker Materials. Cancellations of made to order product will be subject to customer paying a $0.07 per pound disposal fee in addition to the full sale price of the product. A storage fee of 1% will be assessed for all special product manufactured by customer direction, this fee will begin 45 days after the established ship date. Lift gear available for sale. 48" and 60" manhole bases require swift lift, and some 48", 60", and 72” risers require either swift lift or lift eye bolts. Quote excludes all applicable taxes.
