All,
The H.O.A of The Landings (Southeast of Horsetooth and JFK) has requested the vacation of a portion of an existing
utility and drainage easement. Attached for your review and comment is an exhibit showing the proposed easement
vacation on Tract A, First Replat of the Landings, First Filing. The HOA. is proposing an new building to the pool deck;
however, the existing pool deck was built without vacating any easements. This proposal will vacate the existing pool
deck as well as the area for the new building.
Please let me know if you have any comments by Monday vember 3 If I do not hear from you by this date, we will
assume you have no objections to the proposed vacation. If yo ve questions related to this vacation request please
let me know.

Light and Power does qafTia- of a portion of the utility and drainage easement. We may have
to relocate the electric service prior to construction, but the service does not need to be in an easement.
