Questions and Answers
1. Please confirm you are looking for vendor to Furnish and Supply requested
equipment, and no installation labor is needed?
a. No installation is needed. This is for equipment only.
2. All requested equipment must be New or are you open to proposals on Used
equipment for a cost savings option?
a. The City is only accepting bids for New (in box) equipment.
3. Can you provide any system design drawings we can reference?
a. The City does not have any system drawings.
4. Meyer does not support RMS (5-Pin) as an option. All Speakers will be standard
3 pin.
a. Meyer Leopard system does support an RMS 5 Pin speaker option, and
The City will not accept 3 pin quotes.
