A portion of the utility, public access, and drainage in Tract 1 is proposed for vacation, as shown on the attached drawings. The applicant is proposing to install a shed in the shown corner of the parking lot which would place the shed within the utility, public access, and drainage easement. Please sign and return any comments to Sheri L. Wamhoff in the Development Review Center by September 19, 2005.
