RE: REQUEST TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT
Attached for your review and comment. are sketches showing Jefferson Commons PUD, located
north of Elizabeth Street and west of Taft Hill Road. A portion of the utility, public access, and
drainage in Tract 1 is proposed for vacation, as shown on the attached drawings. The applicant is
proposing to install a shed in the shown corner of the parking lot which would place the shed within
the utility, public access, and drainage easement.
Please sign and return any comments to Sheri L. Wamhoff in the Development Review Center by
September 19, 2005. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you have no
objections to the proposed vacation. Please call Sheri at 22.1-6750 if you have any questions..
