Exhibit 1 – Questions and Answers
1) Please clarify if the maximum number of pages that are allowed in the proposal (not
including excluded pages) is 10 pages or 20 pages. The first sentence of Section III.
PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL states a maximum of ten (20) 8 ½ x 11” pages.
Response: The correct number of pages should be twenty (20).
2) Section III. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL states the following are excluded from the page count:
cover pages, table of contents, dividers, Team Profile and Authorization form. Please clarify
what is intended for “Team Profile”. Is this resumes for team members assigned to the
project?
Response: Correct, “Team Profile” should be for resumes for the team members assigned
to the project.
