RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT ENCLOSED WITH THE ITB STATING THAT THIS ADDENDUM HAS BEEN RECEIVED. nd Floor 970.221.6775 970.221.6707 fcgov.com/purchasing Addendum # 1 ITB Confluence Plaza Improvements Exhibit 1 – Questions and Answers Regarding the removed pavers that COFC would like salvaged, could you please clarify if they should be stacked near the site, palletized and left for pickup or palletized and delivered to a certain location, etc.? Response: The pavers should be salvaged. City staff will be able to collect them. Make sure they’re stacked up and in an easily collectible location. Where can contractors park, and where can staging occur? Response: See Figure 1 below for public parking that can be utilized all day (not overnight). Street parking not highlighted has a two-hour time limit. Note that if two-hour spots are used, moving the vehicle a few spaces over after the two-hour limit does not work. For staging, the City can pull permits for the 4 parking spaces abutting the plaza. Figure 1: Parking and Staging Locations What needs to be done about the electric on the corner not noted in the bid set? Response: Protect in place. The bid set plans will be updated to reflect this.
