QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, made this day of %i 2D10, between Lafarge
West, Inc., Delaware Corporation ("Grantor"), whose mailing address for the purpose of this
Quit Claim Deed is 10170 Church Ranch Way, Suite 200, Westminster, Colorado 80021 and
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation ("Grantee"), whose
mailing address for the purpose of this Quit Claim Deed is 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins,
Colorado 80521.
WITNESSETH:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has
remised, released, sold, conveyed, and quit claimed, and by these presents does remise,
release, sell, convey, and QUIT CLAIM unto Grantee, its successors, personal representatives
and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to
the real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying, and being in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances
and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest, and claim whatsoever of Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit, and behalf of Grantee and Grantee's successors, personal representatives and
assigns, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this deed to be executed on the date set
forth above.

DESCRIPTION OF A TRACT OF LAND OWNED BY LAFARGE WEST INC. TO BE
QUIT CLAIMED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 4
Township 6 North Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, the tract is also
that certain tract of land as described in a Warranty Deed recorded
August 24, 1989 at Reception No. 89038015 records of the Clerk and
Recorder of the said Larimer County, being more particularly
described as follows; '
The East 30.00 feet of the North 750.00 feet of the said Northeast
Quarter of Section 4, Township 6 North Range 68 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado
The above described tract contains 22,500 square feet more or less,
and is subject to all easements and rights of ways now existing or
of record.
I hereby state that the above description was prepared by me and is
true and correct to the best of my professional knowledge, belief
and opinion. The description is based upon previously recorded
