Re: Escrow for Harvest Park Lane
The development of Harmony Park will precede the construction of Harvest Park Lane that is located
adjacent to the south boundary of the park. The Harvest Park Subdivision will be constructing
Harvest Park Lane in the future as their development works to the west.
Park Planning and Development will be reserving the 150% of the funds needed to construct Harvest
Park Lane to guarantee funds are available for the construction of the road in the future. The developer
is unable to escrow any funds for their share of the road at this time.
The following road cost estimate was obtained from Double Eagle Construction Services. Double
Eagle Construction Services does the estimating for the Harvest Park Development. The total cost
estimate for the remaining portion of Harvest Park Lane is $246,101. The total amount needed for
escrow is 150% of the estimate, or 369,151.58.
Park Plannng and Development has reserved funding and will allocate from the following accounts.
