Is there a previous contractor? If so, what is the name? No there is not. This is a new initiative for the City. 2. What is the value of the contract? The intention of this RFP and the resulting contract is for services on an on-call/as needed basis. Therefore, there is no guaranteed annual spend. Also since this is a new initiative, there is no historical utilization data. 3. What is the contract number? Not applicable. 4. Could you provide breakdown of last year’s spend for this service? As this is a new initiative for the City, there is no historical utilization or spend data. 5. Will this be a pool bid or a single contract? TBD. As stated in the RFP, the City reserves the right to award to multiple Service Providers if the City determines that such an arrangement is in its best interest.
