What is the definition of 'seasonal'? April to October? Answer: Seasonal is when a portable toilet is only needed at a location when our park restroom facilities are closed for the winter. Generally, from November to April. 2) In II.B. Minimum Qualifications 11; for damage caused by acts of vandalism - Are parts and labor included in costs for acts of vandalism? Or, just parts? Answer: Parts and labor. 3) In the parks, do those units need hand sanitizer? Answer: They don’t need to have hand sanitizer, but we would like to have the option in the breakdown with and without hand sanitizer.
