SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of BID 10031: EPIC Ice Rink LED Lighting Retrofit
NEW OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) October 29, 2024
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
Exhibit 1 – Pre Bid Walk Attendance Roster and Questions and Answers from Pre Bid
Walk.
Due to needed clarifications to the current engineered drawing set in Attachment A, the
Questions Deadline is being extended to October 15th, 2024 and the BID Opening Date is
extended to October 29th, 2024

Questions and Answers:
1. Will Electrical prints be available?
A: No.
2. Can the existing hangars be reused?
A: Yes, if they are in good condition. If in poor condition they will need to be replaced.
Assume that hangars are in good condition for the Base Bid.
