RFP DUE DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) October 11, 2024
To all prospective Contractors under the request for qualification/ proposal documents described
above, the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of
this addendum:

ENCLOSED WITH THE RFQ/P STATING THAT THIS ADDENDUM HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Exhibit 1 – Question and Answer
1) Will a copy of this slideshow be released to the bidders list after this meeting?
Response: Yes, see attached.
2) Will multiple subconsultants be considered for the responsibilities of the CM/GC role or
is the City looking for a single source?
Response: A single source for CM/GC is preferred.
3) Under D. 2. – This section notes 3 aquatics projects in the last 10 years, 3 Library
projects in the last 7 years and then projects with similar scope and delivery method
completed in the last 5 years. Can the last section for projects of similar scope and
delivery model be 10 years to match the longest time frame of the other projects? Or
deleted as the aquatics and library projects have timeframes associated with them
already.
Response: Yes, this is acceptable for similar projects to date back 10 years for both
Library & aquatics.
