Exhibit 1 – Questions and Answers
1. Biologist Inspection, Wildlife Biologist, Removal of Nests; will we be expected to get a price
for these items (they were not listed in the bid schedule, only netting)?
Response: The only tree removal is right next to the ditch work which is required to be
completed by April 15, 2025. This will be one of the first activities after Notice to Proceed.
Inspection of nests are only required between April 1 and August 31. The netting is to
protect trail users from being hit by golf balls.
2. What type of aggregate is the gravel trail?
Response: Crusher fines.
3. What is the new proposed start date for the project?
Response: As soon as possible once the contract is executed with the selected Contractor.
