Does the agency assist with unloading? Typically, no. The ordering department (Natural Areas or Parks) will have an individual on site to provide direction, but that individual will not have equipment to assist with unloading (i.e. a forklift). 2. What is the tabulation from the last winner, who is the incumbent, and are they allowed to re- bid? If none, is there a budget? The previous solicitation was also a Request for Proposals, not a bid. Therefore, there is no bid tabulation. The awarded firm from the prior solicitation was Beyond Green Biotech, and they are eligible to submit a proposal on this RFP. We do not have defined overall City budget for these products, which are ordered by multiple departments. Historical order volume is included in the RFP document on page 4, and the average annual spend based on the last four years is approximately $65,000 City-wide. 3. Do you anticipate the pallet quantity to stay 1 pallet per month? The anticipated order volume is likely to be comparable to the historical order volume described on page 4 of the RFP. 4. How many dispensers are there total? Natural Areas has approximately 110 dispensers. We do not have an exact count of dispensers managed by the Parks department. 5. Could you provide the previous bid tabulation? See answer to Question 2. 6. Could you provide a picture of the previously purchased bag? Addendum 1 Page 3 of 3 7. Could you provide your city Logo? We will provide a production quality image file of the City logo to the awarded Service Provider. However, we will not provide the logo to proposers. 8. Delivery is noted to be “within 7 to 10 days after receipt of order (ARO) by the respective department." Is this mandatory requirement? This is the City’s preference; however, it is not mandatory. If your delivery timeframe differs from the City’s preference, please describe your delivery terms in your proposal.
