Questions and Answers
1. Are these chargers hard wired or do they require a NEMA 14-50 outlet
A: The chargers are to be hardwired in.
2. Will the meter that is being installed be provided by the City or is that the contractor’s
responsibility?
A: Contractor is to furnish and install the meter can. City Utilities will furnish and install
the meter.
3. Mural. Can we drill through the Mural?
A: If the conduit run has no other path and needs to be drilled through the mural, then it
will need to be routed through the wall as close to the ceiling as possible. The goal is to
protect the mural in place as much as possible and to cause minimal disruption to the
mural itself. Coordinate exact routing of conduit and any drilling with City Project
Manager prior to commencing any drilling work.
