EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. The RFP Objective paragraph references creation of an interactive map and GIS database.
It is not clear who will be responsible for this task. Is this scope part of this proposed project,
or is it an additional task? Would your team like to see this scoped in the proposal, as a
separate task, or not at all?
The interactive map is owned by the City, and the City GIS team will be responsible
for creating and maintaining it. This is not an additional task for the Service
Provider. However, the Service Provider will be responsible for working with the
GIS team to provide data in the proper format for use in the database and maps.
2. Will previously created RHAF datasets be available for use in the analyses?
Yes.
3. Will previously developed RHAF methods and metrics be made available, beyond what is
found in the current city reports?
Yes. Any existing RHAF methodology and metrics will be shared with the Service
Provider unless there is data sensitivity such as private landownership.
