TripSpark represents that the Services hereunder, shall fully comply with all applicable provisions of §§24-85-101, et seq., C.R.S., and all accessibility standards as established by the State of Colorado -85- 103, C.R.S., including all updates and amendments to those standards as provided by the OIT. To confirm that the Services meet these standards, TripSpark TripSpark shall indemnify the City in relation to TripSpark to comply with §§24-85- §24-85-103, C.R.S Breach of Data.TripSpark shall take appropriate measures to address the breach, including measures to mitigate its adverse effects. TripSpark shall also make commercially reasonable efforts to notify the City without undue delay, no later than 72 hours, after having become aware of the breach. Such notification shall contain a description of the nature and scope of the breach, its likely consequences and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach including, where appropriate, measures to mitigate its possible adverse effects. Where, and in so far as, it is not possible to provide all information at the same time, the initial notification shall contain the information then available and further information shall, as it becomes available, subsequently be provided without undue delay.
