Two (2) Medium/Full Size Hybrid/PHEV or Electric SUVs; AWD/4x4
Two (2) Full Size Hybrid/PHEV or Electric Sedans; FWD/AWD
One (1) Class 12-15 Passenger Van (Gasoline): Prefer low floor model. Please
provide step height for all proposed options.

Objective:
The City of Fort Collins is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for the
purchase of five (5) new support vehicles for the City’s Transfort transit
department.

Minimum vehicle requirements include:
-Exterior Color – White
-Interior Color – Dark Cloth
-3 Sets of Keys
->20 MPG Combined City/Highway
-Air bags (driver, passenger, side curtain)
-Air conditioning
-AM/FM stereo radio, with auxiliary input
-Automatic transmission
-Cloth seats
-Front and rear floor mats
-Intermittent wipers
-Power brakes, with anti-lock system
-Power steering
-Rear window defroster
-Spare tire with jack
-Tilt steering column
-Back-up Camera
-All vehicles must be licensed in the state of Colorado and meet Colorado emissions
standards

Federal Transit Administration Terms and Conditions
The Vendor has read and agrees to abide by the attached Section V - Federal
Transit Administration Federally Required and Other Model Contract Clauses.

Complete and submit Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 U.S.C. 1352)
Certification as part of your proposal.
Award >$150k
Complete and submit Buy America Certification and Byrd Anti-Lobbying

Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) C.R.S. §§24-72-200.1 et seq.
-Any proposals submitted hereunder are subject to public disclosure by
the City pursuant to CORA and City ordinances.
-Vendors may submit one (1) additional complete proposal clearly
marked “FOR PUBLIC VIEWING.”
-Such statement does not necessarily exempt such documentation
from public disclosure if awarded the project as all provisions of any
contract resulting from this request for proposal will be public
information.
