SCOPE OF SERVICES 11 Highlights for scope of services •The work will require all services/sanitary sewer lines remain active during construction. •…Complete all utility replacement work within a phase before starting work in the next phase, unless multiple crews are working simultaneously. •Prepare detailed traffic control plans for each part of the project …Section 01 32 16 •extensive public outreach and accommodation including property owners, tenants, commercial properties, and public entities.
