Description: 9961 Collection System Replacement
To all prospective proposers under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
1. Pre-Bid Attendance Record
2. Pre-Bid Meeting Presentation
3. Updated Bid Schedule-This Bid Schedule replaces the original Bid Schedule supplied in
the Solicitation. Please use this Bid Schedule in your response to the City.

CONTRACT
Key items to the project bid:
Critical schedule for North Meldrum (school) and Beaver’s Alley (TCE)
Contractor is responsible for traffic control permitting and coordination
Contractor is responsible for excavation permitting and Engineering
department inspection
Surface restoration will be limited to the extents shown on the drawings.
Payment for additional full depth asphalt/concrete restoration will not be
made
Note the technical specifications for the project, a new format vs. past
City projects

Highlights for scope of services
•The work will require all services/sanitary sewer lines remain active
during construction.

starting work in the next phase, unless multiple crews are working
simultaneously.
