Clay •6-inch Mainlines •100 yr. old life cycle •Backyard mains •Collaborative/Opportunity •Project locations prioritized by condition and opportunity. 9 SCOPE OF SERVICES 10 •Replacement & rehabilitation of sanitary sewer mains in Old Town Fort Collins •Comprised of traditional open-cut installation •In-kind replacement where possible. •5 different locations •3,000 lf. of PVC SDR35 mainline (approx.) SCOPE OF SERVICES 11 Highlights for scope of services •The work will require all services/sanitary sewer lines remain active during construction. •…Complete all utility replacement work within a phase before starting work in the next phase, unless multiple crews are working simultaneously. •Prepare detailed traffic control plans for each part of the project …Section 01 32 16 •extensive public outreach and accommodation including property owners, tenants, commercial properties, and public entities. SCOPE OF SERVICES 12 Community Engagement •Assist City staff in outreach to impacted residents and businesses during construction activities. •Distribution of outreach materials to residents and businesses. •Attendance at individual meetings with local businesses and residents as needed. •Assist with preparation of communication materials as needed.
