SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of BID 9963: HVAC Equipment Replacements - Three (3) Locations
OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) May 1, 2024
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
Second BID walk will be held for all three locations. This Bid walk is not mandatory
for prospective Contractors.
Second Bid walk will be held Friday, April 19th, 2024. Walk will begin at Traffic
Operations – 626 Linden St., Fort Collins, CO 80524 at 9:00AM MT. The group will
then travel to Senior Center – 1200 Raintree Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80526 and
conclude at Fort Collins Police Services – 2221 S. Timberline Rd., Fort Collins, CO
80525
Contractors are encouraged to bring questions and details as to specific areas of
each respective project they would like a second look at so that we can move
through the each facility as efficiently as possible.
Please bring safety vests to the job walk.

RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT
