Carollo Engineers, Inc. (Carollo) requests a change order to the scope and fee for Work Order No.: C‐SCADA‐
. The additional work is at the request of the Fort Collins Utilities to support in the documentation and
long‐term SCADA planning for the City of Fort Collins’ water and wastewater treatment facilities. The
following tasks and associated fee of 8 , 9. is requested. The work will be completed in : days from
