EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. It is understood this is an as-needed contract however do you have any sense how many hours,
or how much money was spent on the contract last year? I am trying to get a sense of the
potential scale.
Response:
The bulk of our work comes June, July, August, September. The trucks that are
utilized during this time average 35-45 hours weekly. Although recently we have
had nice fall and early winter weather which has enabled us to extend work in
recent years, this is not guaranteed.
