To what level does the selected Service Provider need to review the City’s water resources portfolio. For responses to the request for qualifications, firms do not need to have in depth knowledge of the City of Fort Collins’ water supply portfolio at this time. However, it may be helpful to understand that the City owns trans-basin shares from the Colorado-Big Thompson system and holds senior rights on the Cache la Poudre River. The rights associated with these water supplies will play a role in either enabling or limiting the solutions that may be considered under a One Water approach to water supply and demand management. 2. Are the Cover letter, hourly rates, acknowledgement, and sample agreement comments included in the 20 page limit. The cover letter, Acknowledgement, table of contents, or section dividers are not included in the 20 page limit. Every other requirement is included in the 20 page limit, however, the 20 page response limit is a guideline, please respond, within reason, with as many pages as your firm sees fit to provide a sufficient response. 3. Should resumes for key staff be included in an appendix to the SOQ. Yes, that is acceptable.
