Exhibit 1 – Questions and Answers
1. If a unit price is optional for line item 403.05, why is it included in the total cost of bid? This
line item affects the lowest bidder if it is omitted versus another bidder who includes it.
Answer: The attached Exhibit 2 Revised Bid schedule has been updated to remove the note for
403.05 stating that this line item is optional.
