Questions and Answers
• Can you give us an idea of what kind of reporting you want us to handle? Any reporting and/or
documentation required for RIN credits.
• What do you mean by verifications of actual emissions by regulatory agencies? This is intended
to provide the RIN emissions values if needed by any regulatory agencies. This may or may not
be needed based on this being the City’s first RNG contract and we’ll need clear direction from
our RNG supplier.
• What is a “reporting requirement” you are referring to? There are several… just trying to
understand. Good point, we are trying to cover any reporting requirements that our successful
RNG supplier would determine necessary for the RIN credits.
• Are you filing something with the state of Colorado? No. Just trying to understand what you
mean by regulatory filings. Is this something beyond what is normal and customary for RNG
deals? No.
• Do you have any term limits? What is best? The City can not enter into an agreement that is
longer than 5 years.
• Do we need to fill out all of the information since we are already a current supplier of yours… as
well as gone through the contracting process late last year? Yes, a full proposal is required to be
submitted by any firm in order for it to be considered responsible and responsive.
