To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
Questions and Answers
1. Does the City have expectations for the amount of time the project management firm
should be working from the City’s office vs. remotely?
A. The expectation is that the Awarded Professional will be available as much as
required or as necessary to effectively manage the project. This would be
dependent on the type of funding or overall size of the project. The balance
between office and remote work will vary.
