Given the complexity of preparing a comprehensive proposal response to RFP 9729, would the City be willing to extend the proposal due date to March 31, 2023? Yes, the City agrees to extend the proposal due date to 3:00 pm MT on March 31, 2023 2. Will infrastructure design/engineering/build services be requested throughout the execution of this RFP? No infrastructure, engineering or build services are requested in this RFP. The closest would-be installation and maintenance services for grid-interactive water heaters, thermostats and similar equipment in residents’ homes. 3. Are rate design/pricing services requested through this RFP? No rate design or pricing services are requested in this RFP. 4. Does the incumbent, Itron, have any advantage in this RFP, or is there a level playing field for all bidders? All proposals will be evaluated based on content, pricing, and references checks from vendors based up the described evaluation process. No single vendor has or will possess any advantage in this RFP process.
