If they have not already done so I suggest the owner/developer contact our general manager, Mike Scheid, CC’d, to begin discussions on water rights dedica�on requirements. RESPONSE: Acknowledged, I have informed the Developer to contact Mike. 2. For all the non-single family residen�al units the builders of the units should plan on installing an RP type backflow device. They will need to contact our regulatory and backflow specialist Alex Ainsworth, CC’d, when they are designing the internal plumbing to verify requirements. RESPONSE: Acknowledged, MEP or Developer to contact Alex 3. As the development nears construc�on our field opera�ons manager Josh Meck, CC’d, will need to be contacted to set up preconstruc�on mtg, discuss inspec�on, assess inspec�on fees, etc. RESPONSE: Acknowledged 4. Easements, let me know who I need to send our easement template to. As shown on the plat you have iden�fied that 30-� wide easements will be required on the interior of the project as it appears all those interior roads where the water lines are located will be private roads and not public ROWs. RESPONSE: You can send to dweber@avantcivilgroup.com 5. General Notes on U�lity Plans: The ELCO general notes are outdated, see our website for a more recent version. RESPONSE: Updated ELCO general notes to 12/2/2021 version from website 6. Landscape plan review: I have not had a chance to review that in detail, will simply point out our separa�on requirements as noted on the ELCO u�lity plan general note as state be sure the landscape designer adheres to those requirements. RESPONSE: Forwarded comment to Landscape Architect 7. Tap sizing to apartment buildings: Please provide tap sizing calcula�ons to verify appropriate meter sizing. RESPONSE: WM Jus�fica�ons provided with this submital I will respond to the City email and note to them we are coordina�ng directly with the project’s engineer on water line design comments.
