I have been asked to look at The Lodge at Miramont in order to make recommendations for hazard
insurance for the completed property.
In discussing this property and it's features with my under�vvriter, I have learned that State Farm would
require that the water feature area along the east end of the property boarding Lemay Avenue be fenced in
order to prevent children and others from being able to access this featwe. We feel this water feature may
represent an attractive nuisance and should be fenced for safety.
I understand that the planning departinent has resen�ations relarive to fencing. I feel this additional
information should be helpful to you in knowing what other requirements will be placed upon the
developer upon completion of the project from a risk management standpoint. This issue could determine
whether or not the property is eligible for insurance coverage.
