RE: Letter of Intent for Easement for public path/walkway improvements for Polestar Village
Dear Development Review Coordinator:
We, Dennis and Bailey Stenson, are the owners of parcel # 9716200013 that abuts the Polestar
Village Property. We understand that as part of their project, they will be required to secure an
8’ pedestrian easement located on the west side of our property for a 6’ walkway through our
property to Elizabeth St. and agree to work with Polestar to obtain the needed easements for
these improvements.
