Acknowledged. A drainage easement along the west property line has been added to the plans. A revision to the plat will include vacating the existing drainage easement. All structures have been relocated out of the easement. Acknowledged. An additional bicycle/pedestrian connection has been added and is located in the northwest corner of the site. An amended Traffic Impact Study is included with this resubmittal. Recycling facilities have been incorporated into the trash enclosures. Shoreline plantings have been added to the site.
