Attached are five sets of prints of the Oak Hill Apartments Preliminary PUD plans,
revised in response to Staff Comments. The building types and site plan components
proposed here are very similar to those used at Pinecone Apartments; and in many cases we
expect that Staff comments will be resolved in the same manner as at Pinecone. Specific
responses include:
A utility coordination meeting during the week of March 28th would be
appreciated.
8-9 Sidewalk adjustments have been made. If you recall, at Pinecone Apartments,
it was determined that walkways separated from the adjacent collector streets
were felt to be a means of discouraging on -street parking.
1 1-13 We have added some walkway connections, and are working with the adjacent
developments toward a coordinated pedestrian circulation system.
16 There will likely be multiple mail kiosks in the project. We expect that the
Postal Service will determine the final location.
17 Some additional street trees have been added along Boardwalk. The intent of
the Boardwalk streetscape design is to be compatible with the Upper Meadow
across the street.
Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be submitted by March 21 st.
