the City of Fort Collins Planning
Director will hold a public hearing
for the purpose of considering a
Minor Subdivision known as
Miramont Entry Subdivision,
N54-87K.
GENERAL LOCATION:
The request is to create a one -lot
subdivision, totalling 10,952
square feet, located at the north-
west corner of South Lemay Av-
enue and Boardwalk/Keenland
Drive. The purpose of the one -lot
subdivision is to create a legal lot
to satisfy the legal requirements
of the Zoning Code for the place-
ment of a residential project iden-
tification sign.

A tract of land located in the
Southeast Ouarter Of Section
One, Township 6 North, Range 69
West of the 61h P.M., City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer. Stale
of Colorado.
