The proposed projects are commonly known as Oak/Cottonwood Farm - Amended Overall Development Plan, #54-87F and Oak/Cottonwood Farm, Upper Meadows at Miramont - Preliminary PUD, #54-87G. The applicant is requesting a 271.7 acre Amended Overall Development Plan consisting of mixed uses and approximately 848 residential units. Request also includes converting 2.9 acres at the southwest corner of Harmony Road and Boardwalk Drive from retail/office to auto -related and roadside commercial. The project is located south of Harmony Road and west of Lemay Avenue, zoned rp, Planned Residential. The applicant is also requesting 91 single family residences on 32.11 acres, located south of Oakridge Drive and west of Lemay Avenue, zoned rp, Planned Residential. This request is a Preliminary P.U.D. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
