AMENDMENT #1
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND J&A TRAFFIC PRODUCTS
This First Amendment (Amendment #1) is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
COLLINS (the “City”) and J&A TRAFFIC PRODUCTS (the “Service Provider).
WHEREAS, the Service Provider and the City entered into Agreement 9272 MAPO TRAFFIC
SIGN POSTS effective June 4, 2021 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the parties renewed the Agreement for the period June 4, 2022 through June 3, 2023.
and
WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City Desire to amend the Agreement to replace Exhibit B -
Compensation to incorporate the Service Providers fifteen (15) percent rate increase herein; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Exhibit B – Compensation, is hereby removed and replaced in its’ entirety with the Exhibit
B attached hereto.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #1, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between
the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment #1, this Amendment #1 shall prevail.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this first Amendment effective June 22,
2022.
