The site will include 20.5 mitigation trees as required by the City Forester and Fort Collins Municipal Code. Please refer to the Tree Mitigation Details on landscape sheet LS05 that corresponds to this list. 1. Tree ID #18 - Green Ash (10”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 0, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with utility line. 2. Tree ID #19 - Green Ash (6.5”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 0, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with utility line. 3. Tree ID #20 - Green Ash (6”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 0, fair condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of proposed roadway. 4. Tree ID #21- Green Ash (7”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 0, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of proposed roadway. 5. Tree ID #22- Plains Cottonwood (16.5”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 2.5 trees, fair condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of proposed walkway. 6. Tree ID #66 - American Linden (7”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 1.5 Trees, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with proposed utility line. 7. Tree ID #67- American Linden (8”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 1.5 Trees, fair condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to grading and construction of new development. 8. Tree ID #79 - Cottonwood (25”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 3.5 Trees, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal. The roots of this tree are expanding and causing damage to the existing adjacent sidewalk. 9. Tree ID #80- Cottonwood (17”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 3 Trees, fair condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of new development. 10. Tree ID #81 - Cottonwood (16”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 2.5 Trees, fair condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of new development. 11. Tree ID #82 - Cottonwood (20”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 3 Trees, fair condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with grading and construction of new development. 12. Tree ID #83 - Crabapple (6.5”) – Remove, Mitigation required: 1 Tree, fair minus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to a conflict with grading and construction of new roadway. 13. Tree ID #86 - Honey locust (10”) – Remove – Mitigation required: 2, fair plus condition. This tree is proposed for removal due to conflict with proposed streetlight.
