WHEREAS, the Service Provider and the City entered into Agreement 8757 Body Armor, Ballistic Vests and Rifle Plates effective October 22, 2018 (the “Agreement”); and WHEREAS, the parties wish to renew the Agreement for the period October 22, 2022 through October 21, 2023. and WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City desire to amend the Agreement to replace Exhibit B to incorporate Service Provider’s latest models of comparable products. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1.In accordance with Section 2 of the Agreement, the Agreement term will be extended for one (1) additional year, October 22, 2022 through October 21, 2023. 2.Exhibit B: Pricing Schedule, is hereby removed and replaced in its’ entirety with the Exhibit B attached hereto. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #2, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment #2, this Amendment #2 shall prevail.
