Dear Resident:
On Thursday, September 3, 1987, fran 7:00 9°00 p.m. , at St. Elizabeth
Seton Catholic Church, 5450 South Lemay Ave. , the staff of the Planning
Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed development
in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly know as
Oak/Cottonwood Farm - Master Plan.
The applicants are requesting 270 acres of residential/office/business ser-
vices and a public park. The .proposed development is located at the south-
west corner of Harmony Road and Lemay Avenue.
The purpose of the September 3rd meeting is to present the proposed devel-
opment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and
receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff
would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend,
written comments may be sent.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor.
Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting
so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
