Project Valuation: $40,000.00
DISH Wireless is installing new telecommunications equipment and antennas on the existing roof of
1323 W Plum St, Fort Collins CO 80521. In order to provide wireless service to the surrounding area,
DISH Wireless will be completing the following installations:
DISH Wireless proposes to install (3) panel antennas mounted on the existing building.
DISH Wireless proposes to install (3) antenna mounts on the existing building.
DISH Wireless proposes to install (6) RRUs mounted on the existing building.
DISH Wireless proposes to install (3) OVP surge suppression device mounted on the existing building.
DISH Wireless proposes to install (6) power and fiber cables on the roof.
DISH Wireless will install (1) 5’x7’ platform with equipment and cabinet on the roof.
The antennas will be mounted to the façade of the building and will be painted to match the brick of
the building in order to minimize the visual impact to the building.

• 3 – Antenna Mounts – Proposed – Pages A3, A7.
• 6 – RRUs – Proposed – Pages A3, A7.

• 1 – Cable Tray – Proposed – Pages A2, A3.
• 1 – 5’x7’ platform with cabinets and equipment on the roof - Proposed – Pages A2, A4, A5, A6.
