Dear Resident:
On Monday, October 14, 1996, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., in the
auditorium/cafeteria at Webber Junior High School, 4201 Seneca Street,
the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood
information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your area.
The project is referred to as Arapahoe Farm Center. The request is for a
neighborhood convenience commercial center located at the northwest
corner of Old Harmony Road and Seneca Street. The site is 3.5 acres in
size and is part of the Arapahoe Farm Overall Development Plan.
Potential land uses include a 2,500 square foot convenience store, with
gas pumps, canopy, with a one-bay automatic carwash. Other potential
uses include retail shops, offices, child care, or restaurant. There is also
the potential of residential dwellings on the second floor of the commercial
uses.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessors. Because of
the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of
rental situation, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
