A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 34,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City
of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Considering the South line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section
34 as bearing, South 89°53 '42" West from a 3" Aluminum Cap in a
Range Box at the South Quarter corner to a steel rod in a pipe at
the Southwest corner of said Section 34 and with all bearings
