PROSPECT RD. & 1-25 (8715000021, 8715000022, 8715000009, 8715300003, 8715300002, and 8715300004) Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed the ODP Amendment identified as: Rudolph Farms Utility Plans dated August 31, 2022 The District hereby advises as follows:  There is no objection to this proposal.  Responses required to comments below. Comments: 1) See attached redline drawings. 2) Boxelder General Notes need to be added to sheets CS2 or CS3. 3) Due to depth of groundwater in the area is a permanent underdrain system being planned? 4) Provide cutoff walls on sewers where permanent ground water is higher that the sewer. 5) Sheet SS-1 - The proposed sewers will cross the City of Greeley’s 60-inch waterline and the Like Canal and Timnath Reservoir Inlet Canal. The crossings will require coordination and permits or agreements with Greeley and the ditch companies. Applicant shall coordinate with agencies and pay for all costs associated with permits and agreements. All permanent permits and agreement shall be in the name of Boxelder Sanitation District. a. Casing needs to be extended under City of Greeley Waterline. b. Provide detailed information of design of casing pipes include methods of construction (open cut, bore), casing material design, groundwater removal, trench stability. c. Adjust profile so that sewers are not so deep. Do not need 4.29 feet of separation under the Greeley Waterline. 6) Sheet SS-2 – Provide casing pipe for sewer under triple culverts 7) Sheet SS-5 - The proposed sewers will cross the City of Greeley’s 60-inch waterline and the Like Canal and Timnath Reservoir Inlet Canal. The crossings will require coordination and permits or agreements with Greeley and the ditch companies. Applicant shall coordinate with agencies and pay for all costs associated with permits and agreements. All permanent permits and agreement shall be in the name of Boxelder Sanitation District. a. The crossings will require coordination and permits or agreements with the ditch company. Applicant shall coordinate and pay for all costs associated with permits and agreements. All permanent permits and agreement shall be in the name of Boxelder Sanitation District. a. Provide detailed information of design of casing pipes include methods of construction (open cut, bore), casing material design, groundwater removal, trench stability.
