College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: Lemay Plaza PUD Southwest corner Lemay Avenue/Conifer Street intersection Dear Sir: I am writing this letter on behalf of RANJEB, INC., a corporation, as their Colorado agent. 1) The approved PUD on this property expires in March 1991. This letter is to request an extension for a period of one year beyond the expiration date. 2) The extension request will allow the City of Fort Collins to determine the Hiway 14 Bypass route which will affect North Lemay Ave and therefore will affect this property. Also, during 1990 and 1991 financing has been very difficult and expensive, which has restricted development. Hopefully, this condition will improve within the next short time. 3) At the time I applied to them in October 1989 a gasoline vendor stated that they would be unable to supply product for a new location. A recent inquiry to the same vendor indicates that during 1991 the supply situation should improve. If anything further is needed to process this extension please write or telephone me.
