Request for 13,276 s.f. of business service and roadside
commercial (2600 s.f. PDQ convenience store, 10,600 s.f.
retail, 3 gas pumps) on 1.784 acres, located at the south-
west corner of Lemay Avenue and Conifer, zoned R-L-M, Low
Density Multiple Family.

Elizabeth and Constitution Drive, zoned R-P, Planned Resi-
dential.
