Mr. Schlueter and Parsons Associates have met and have resolved the problems to all parties' satisfaction. 2. No changes are planned for 65 foot easement North of the canal which is to serve as a utility easement also. 3. We have intensified the West property line outside of the detention area by adding shade trees, evergreens, and shrubs as an understory. 4. Building envelopes have been shown for the two main buildings and the canopy area. 5. We have provided a two to three foot berm adjacent to the parking at the South edge of the site. 6. The comment concerning completion of landscaping materials is acknowl- edged and is incorporated in our Note #14. 7. We have moved the retail shops' building an additional 10 feet to the South and additional landscaping is provided as additional buffer- ing. 8. Traffic issues have been resolved between Mr. Ensdorff and Parsons Associates, 9. The signage, as shown on the Elevations, will be restricted to a ground sign on Conifer limited to 42" height. A free standing monu- ment sign on Lemay limited to 50 square feet per side at 15 feet behind the R.O.W. line and building signage letter form mounted on the sign band. 10. Landscaping has been intensified at the North, South, and East sides of the retail shops and adjacent to the detention pond to the West. 11. It is planned that the existing sanitary and water systems be used for the new construction. • 0 Mr. Ted Shepard October 7, 1987 Page 2 12. Due to the insistence of the Water and Sewer Department, the retain- ing wall that was totally outside of the easement has been removed. A 4'-0" -erm has been provided to screen the pump areas. 13. A Note #15 is added to the Plan referencing the high water pressure in the area. 14. The sidewalk adjacent to Lemay has been shown as 7'-0'' wide. 15. The entrance drives are shown to be equipped with standard curb re- turns of 20 foot radii. 16. Additional signature blocks have been added to the utility plan. 17. Full arterial improvements along Lemay have been shown including ad- ditions to the box culvert at the canal. Thank you for your comments which we agree improve the project.
