Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, September 1, 1987, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at Tavelli Elementary
School, 1118 Miramont*, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a
public information meeting on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly know as PDQ Convenience Store/ Retail Build-
ing.
The applicants are requesting a convenience store and retail building at
the southwest corner of Lemay Ave. and Conifer St. The site would feature
a 2,600 square foot convenience store and 8,500 square foot retail build-
ing. The site would also include two gas pump islands with four pump sta-
tions and an overhead canopy.
The purpose of the September lst meeting is to present the proposed devel-
opment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and
receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff
would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend,
written comments may be sent.
The list of affected property
owners being notified for this neighborhood
meeting
is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor.
Because
of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or
because
of rental situations,
a few affected property
owners may have been
missed.
Please feel free to
notify your neighbor of
this pending meeting
so all
neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend.
